ABOUT THE MASTER MENTOR-LECTURE PROGRAM

E4A’s master programs consist of three main elements or parts. The program commences with two days of lectures geared mainly to technical communication, report writing, problem solving and related topics.

The second element is the monthly ongoing report writing by candidates, which is a reflection of the development and progress by each candidate. This will be done over a two- or three-year period – at option of the candidate.

The third element is the mentoring process which is done by monthly telephone conversations between the mentor and mentee and through mentor review of the mentees report submissions.

ABOUT THE CPD COURSES – PROGRAM

The courses-workshops are in two main parts. The first are lectures presented by E4A at quarterly workshops which orientate and prepare candidates for key practices and development tools to be used in the workplace. These lectures are geared mainly to professional skills identification, technical communication report writing and problem-solving and other key analytical tools. At various points in the quarterly workshops, additional CPD courses are presented which cover other general but important aspects of general engineering work requirements.
