John Broli
John Broli is a Chemical Engineer Pr. Eng. with an MBL degree; Previous MD of General Chemicals and Quadrant Chemplast (Pty} Ltd. John has extended experience in many materials and specialized plastics.
John has held the positions of Process Design Engineer and Assistant Production Manager with Dow Chemical Netherlands, Strategic Planning at African Oxygen and served as Managing Director of General Chemicals and Chemplast and is currently the CEO of Engineers for Africa.

Errol Berman
Errol Berman is an Electrical Engineer Pr. Eng. He has over forty years of experience in a variety of fields including:
Development in analogue electronics; Microprocessor systems design for train control systems; Key Account Management of large corporates including State Owned Enterprisers; Mentoring graduates and Facilities management for the state.
Current Activity: Developing courses in electrical engineering; energy usage and billing consulting; mentoring.

Paul Whalley
Paul Whalley is an aeronautical engineer with an MBA degree; is accredited with the Institute for Independent Business, has a post masters Certificate in Leadership Coaching and is a founding member of the John Maxwell Team of Coaches, Speakers and Trainers.
Paul has over twenty years of corporate global leadership experience in addition to starting up and running a number of technological, engineering and professional services businesses.

Makgana Modiba
Makgana Modiba is a Chemical Engineer Pr. Tech. Eng. with a diploma in Management and Leadership obtained from Engineering Institute of Technology (Australia). Has experience in Power industry in commissioning of coal- fired and nuclear power plants both locally and abroad.
Makgana is currently a Resident Engineer at Kusile PowerStation, South Africa where his main role is overseeing the Environmental Control System technology that desulphurizes flue gas produced from burning of coal before it is released into the environment.

Geoff Dougall
Geoff Dougall is a Professional Technologist with forty years engineering experience in the specialist area of pressure vessels & tankage. This experience has been mainly acquired working with Fluor Daniel on major petro-chemical projects undertaken in Africa over a period of 25 years.
Operating as an independent design consultant over the past 10 years, design services have been offered to vessel and tank fabricators as well as inspection authorities to ensure compliance with the Pressure Vessel Regulations, and Codes of Construction (ASME VIII Div 1, PD5500, API620/560 & EN14015 etc.)

Raymond Tshotheli
Raymond Tshotheli holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree in Economics and Management Sciences and a Intermediate Degree Qualification in Public Administration & Development from UNISA.
Ray has extended experience in Quality Assurance practices and has held senior management and advisory positions in the plastics industry and power generation. He is currently a Senior Quality Advisor at Eskom.
